Beef And Broccoli Stir Fry
Ingredients -
1 tablespoon Canola Oil
6 ounces Sirloin, trimmed, cut into strips
1 teaspoon minced Garlic
1 teaspoon minced Fresh Ginger
2 cups chopped Broccoli
1 teaspoon Reduced-Sodium Soy Sauce
3 drops Hot Pepper Sauce
2 Scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Cilantro (optional)
Preparation:

1. Heat oil in wok over medium high heat.

2. Add sirloin, garlic and ginger.

3. Stir-fry 5 minutes until beef is cooked through and no longer pink.

4. Transfer to a plate.

5. Add remaining oil and broccoli to skillet.

6. Stir-fry 3 minutes.

7. Add soy sauce, hot pepper sauce and meat mixture.

8. Garnish with scallions and cilantro.
