Cooking Tip
Beef Round Tip Steak
Substitute your favorite beef in place of the beef round tip steak. Always cut beef across the grain to help it be more tender when cooked.

Stir-frying Tips
Wok Cooking
Cook vegetables of like texture and size at the same time. Always cook larger, thicker and tougher vegetables separately and for a longer period of time. The vegetables will continue to cook after being removed from the wok, so its ok to pull them as they reach a crisp tender state.
