Cook Meats First
Cook meats first, remove from wok and set aside. Return the meats to the wok in the final stages of cooking.

Stir-frying Tips
Too Little Oil During Stir-Frying
Using too little oil will give poor results. Adding oil during cooking is not usually a good idea, but sometimes necessary. Follow recipe directions and adjust as you get used to stir-frying.

Cooking Tip
Chinese 5 Spice Powder
Chinese 5 spice powder is available in most supermarkets and specialty Asian stores.
